Short Biography:

Rain was born to a Spanish family in Detroit, Michigan. She grew up with brothers and a father in business. However, she wanted to go into law enforcement. Ocampo began to go higher up as she was a police officer training rookies day in and day out. But it wasn't enough, she had her heart set on SWAT, when they rejected her due to her gender (even if she passed the test three times with flying colors) her work lead to the National Guard where she had completed a simple Search and Rescue mission, there she met J.D. Salinas a fellow Ensign, and then her commander 'One'.

Umbrella offered her pay, benefits, the whole shebang, she took it being the best marksman they had even out-shooting fellow rival, Alice Abernathy. The day came when it was time to breach the Hive. Rain took the plunge and ended up going into a whole new nightmare. Umbrella was harboring experiments down there.
