First, I want this forum to be organised,clean.

So please follow this rules:

1. Use your common sense.
2. No spamming and flaming in FA!
3. Double Posting is strictly prohibited.
4. Please speak in english only (except for the Regional Sections)
5. From now on, FA will now be strict!
6. No using sTiCkY cApS and CAPS LOCK.
7. Asking for 'can i be a moderator?' or 'can i be an administrator?' will not be accepted anymore because the slots for admins and mods are full.
8. No advertising of any other forums but blog are accepted.
9. No posting of nude contents. If this has been done, Pls. report immediately.
10. You must be active at least 4 weeks or 1 month, or else you will be banned.
11. Having multiple accounts are not allowed.

Aside from that you should also follow this some rules:

12. Don't rip their codes!
13. If your screenshots is big, simply put it in a spoiler.
14. Don't force them to give you +repu .
15. Be sure to have your screenshots.
16. If you are a layout-maker then you have many layouts to post, simply compile
      it in a thread to avoid messy forum.
17. Be also sure to make your preview to make sure your codes is working.
