Hmm. Nice but you have still to improve it.

so here's my suggestions,
use white in your global fonts.
it is not readable.
you banner, you have a effort
but still you have to put mor designs to
have an attraction to viewers.
Don`t use pink glitters as your box background..
the color of your layout is yellow and black.
then here comes pink.
Not attractive. Better change it..
so that's it..hope my suggestion can help your
layout next time.
