Q: so, tell me how to make an external .css bro?
A: I will tell you how! just follow my steps..

1) go to www.ripway.com -[Register !]-
2) create text file and put this code in the big box

/* BORDER */
BODY
{
BORDER-LEFT: 85px solid #000000;
BORDER-RIGHT:85px solid #000000;
BORDER-TOP:0px;
BORDER-BOTTOM:0px;}

3) then save it as- ex: blahblahblah.css -[must with .css]-
4) copy the URL of the blahblahblah.css and open this Website
5) click on generate button after it. and follow the next steps there..
