REQUEST THREAD
1 . Make sure that you will Grant The Request of the Requesters
2 . Don't be Lazy in Making GFX
3 . Make Sure That the thread Starter will always be Active
4 . Dont make any Discrimination
5 . Please Do have samples
Pre - Mades
1 . Make Sure that you will have more than 7 samples
2 . Avoid double posting
3 . No Accepting Request in Pre-Mades
